Any plastic surgeon practicing in the state of Florida may join by making a contribution to PlastiPac of at least $150 per year. Each plastic surgeon may contribute up to $500 annually to be used for supporting legislative candidates as an individual and as a business entity for a total of up to $1000. For those practicing in a group, the practice may contribute up to $500, and then each plastic surgeon may contribute up to $500 personally.
Any amount contributed over $500 in a given year from any one entity will be earmarked for administrative purposes.
